Comment Installer Free Mc Boot Sans Cd
I'm a let's player with an obsession with my PS2. I want to play a couple of PS1 games sans emulator. However, if I can't save, I either have to.
Back from inactivity with a fat PS2 this time. Lately I was searching for a PS2 in my town, and couldn't find any,so I had to resort to a car boot sale. I've found a quite beaten up PS2 (bezel was broken,DVD tray jammed and expansion bay cover missing)for very cheap (23 RON,about $6) since that's the only PS2 I had. Checked model,it's a 39004.

Laser inside is a Sony KHS-400C,and motherboard says it's a GH-019. I sat almost 15-20 minutes restoring it with other parts (39003 case,a entire new DVD drive sans laser and a spark clean Nidec D06R EX fan from a defunct v7) to a working state. Activate Ms Office 2007 Home And Student Activation Key.
It runs most of my ESR backups fine and needs my PAL60 fix for NTSC-U/C games. Now I'm asking you,is it a good model? I just want to have a good PS2 to play my games. Well done, it's a beauty and if it could speak, it would be thanking you for the effort you put into bringing it back to it's former glory. Any decent working PS2 is great whether it be an early Phat or a late Slim as long as it's doing it's job and your happy with it. If I were asked which one I'd recommend it would be a Phat in great condition and the later ones as they were meant to have better lasers so yours would be ideal as it is a v7, I have 2 of the SCPH-39003 v7s myself.

The 3900X was a rather resilient model, considering that Sony had several minor revisions.
I myself have a 39001-R which has lasted me all these years. It tends to heat up a little lately, which affects the reading of some discs from time to time, but as long as I keep it cool, it runs like a champ. Windows 7 Eternity Download Iso Torent on this page. Nothing fancy on mine - I just have FMCB and a 120GB HDD that I use with the HDL ELF o run the loaded images off of. I also disc swap with Swap Magic from time to time for the games I couldn't fit on the HDD. The 39003/4 identity crisis is kind of odd, lol. The only difference between those models (other than the several revision of that model) is the region, although I don't remember offhand what regions 3 and 4 represent.
I only know for sure that 0 is JP region-locked, and 1 is NA region-locked. Jonny7810 wrote:No plans to use HDD and Adapter on it since I can't find any in Romania. Also,a fun fact is that the case reports that it's a 39003,but housed inside is a 39004. And it seems to be quieter than my PC.
I couldn't recommend a HDD Adapter enough, it will transform the way you use your PS2, you can fast boot FreeMCBoot (L1) to boot the hard drive game menu even + you can play CD games through it too, the ones that won't DVD & ESR convert, like me you'll hardly ever use DVDs again. Maybe someone from here can send you one from TiZs Trade/Sell/Buy section, maybe someone in Romania, who knows.
