Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes do a excellent job in the lead roles. A must watch for people who like love stories. Only complaint, I should have been cast as Juliet. While I personally didn't like the book, I can still see that this was a terrible adaptation. The decision to make it take place in modern day was confusing at best, since it added nothing and the dialogue remained the same. The acting, outside of the main cast (with the exception of Mercutio) is laughable at best, and obnoxious at worst.
